Saad Ghafoor, Ph.D. specialises in Operational Excellence. He has 9 years of experience across multiple industries, holds a PhD in Operational Excellence, and is a published and cited author. After creating Operational Excellence Management Systems multiple times during his career, he recognised the need for a simpler way for management professionals and consultants to do the same.
